Staging Consultation:
Perfect for the "do-it-yourselfers", our Staging Consultation is a comprehensive review of the home. We begin outside addressing curb appeal and move through each room of the house making expert recommendations to prepare the home for sale. Suggestions may include repairs, paint choices, flooring, general furniture and accessory editing and placement as well as de-cluttering and organizing recommendations. Within 24 hours, you'll receive a copy of the prioritized staging report along with a bid proposal for professional staging. At this point, you can then decide how much further we can help you or if you prefer, you can address the items on the list yourself.
Final Touch Re-Visit:
After the DIY consultation recommendations have been implemented, we'll return prior to the first showing or open house to review the results, fine-tune the furniture placement and add professional staging finishing touches to the home. This is a great way to reap the benefits of professional staging while still watching your budget.
Full Service Staging:
Once the property has been cleaned and de-cluttered, we'll use our expert "buyer's eyes", to professionally stage your home using your existing furnishings and accessories. Think of this as "redesigning to sell". We'll creatively arrange your furnishings making best use of room size and traffic flow along with highlighting architectural focal points. If needed, we can bring in home décor from our FabuLess inventory to enhance what you already own and create a marketable look that really sells. We can do as much or as little as you desire from one room to the whole house. Our goal is to maximize your budget and help you sell your home!
